Mike Langlois

    Joined the DEMACO team in 1986 and currently serves as Vice President of Sales. Mike specializes in industrial capital equipment projects, starting his career in 1974 at S&S Corrugated Paper Machinery Company, where he worked in engineering, sales, and corporate service management. In 1985, Mike became the plant engineer for LIN PAC Corrugated Case Manufacturing, where he was responsible for a 265,000 sq/ft production facility, to include all machinery and associated services. Mike also served as the North American Sales Engineer for FRITSCH of Germany, a designer and manufacturer of industrial artisan bread processing lines. While at FRITSCH, Mike gained expertise in handling and processing of bakery dough in industrial applications, to include, laminated short dough, pizza dough and delicate soft (gaseous) artisan dough.

    Mike has successfully implemented many state-of-the-art capital equipment projects with integrated machines and systems. His expertise includes: extrusion; mixing and blending; industrial bakery systems; dough sheeting, forming, filling and cutting for pasta, artisan breads, sweet goods and snacks; high speed canning systems; drying systems; flour and dry ingredient handling and proportioning; dinner assembly lines; depositing systems; product blanching and cooling; hydro pumping; water chillers; industrial kitchens; and PLC/PAC Control systems.
