Len held various positions at DEMACO since 1978. He is also a retired infantry officer in the Marine Corps Reserve. During his military career, he led seven platoons, two detachments, and served in infantry, reconnaissance and civil affairs roles. Len is chair of the History Committee of National Pasta Association. He also volunteers as the President for Space Coast Machinist Apprenticeship Program. He lives in Melbourne, Florida with his wife Margaret, and three junior partners, Rosie, Mark and dog Rocky.
