Managing partner of DEMACO. Joe brings over 40 years of experience in the pasta industry, both as a technology provider and as a pasta maker.

During the early days of his career, he had the opportunity to train with and assist some of the top master pastaios in the USA. This training included years of work at the New York Ronzoni plant, one of the greatest pasta factories in American history. At DEMACO, Joe served in various engineering, manufacturing, and operations functions.

Joe is a founder and former President of Pasta Montana LLC, a pasta producer well known for its unusual attention to detail and product quality. During Joe’s tenure, the American Culinary Institute awarded Pasta Montana the Gold Medal for the best pasta in the USA. Additionally, Joe served as interim Chief Operating Officer of Costa Macaroni, an artisanal pasta producer in the Los Angeles area.
