DEMACO services numerous types of extrusion units from Italy and Switzerland. These services include cylinder re-sleeving and new and rebuilt extrusion screws.

Cylinders are bored true and we produce a special alloy liner tube which is affixed to the cylinder. We also provide tight fitting alignment rings to loose fitting cylinder/inlet pilot features.

Older cylinders are cleaned and coated with food grade epoxy.
